Thank you both for your comments! It was such an interesting choice to have George’s voice/perspective as the one of least focus here. Definitely something different, and her approach to the aftermath of George’s arrest is also unusual- but so well done. If either or both of you get a chance to read, let me know your thoughts! 🙂

I have recently read a few reviews of Klebold’s memoir- most of which have said how fascinating and heartbreaking it is- have not picked it up yet though…

It really opened my eyes about this perspective chosen in The Best Kind of People: how a (suspected) criminal act affect the relative of the (alleged) perpetrator.
I’m glad you enjoyed it. I wasn’t sure that I would read this one. It really needs to be perfectly executed to “work”, but you make it sound like it’s the case so I’ll definitely have a look!
